Janet began her career in global real estate as a pioneering broker in Poland in the 1990s. She was responsible for the first international transaction after the fall of communism and contributed to writing the country’s first real estate legislation. Immobel grew out of Janet’s long experience solving the challenges of doing business across borders. Her product vision and industry knowledge are foundational to all our work.
After a decade in on the trading floor at Morgan Stanley, Theo held Revenue and Sales leadership roles at several rapidly growing scale-up businesses in sectors like Financial Technology and Artificial Intelligence. As Immobel’s CCO, Theo oversees all our client and revenue activities.

We have over two decades of experience building tools, websites and software for the biggest names in global real estate. Household names like Century 21® and Sotheby’s International Realty® are some of our longest standing clients.
Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, with colleagues across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Just like our products, our team speaks many languages, and encompasses many cultures. We don’t just “do” global. We are global.
We understand the challenge of collaborating across borders, especially in real estate. We live and breathe that challenge, and we help our clients to succeed with tools that make complex processes simple.

We help agents, brands, brokers, MLSs, and portals better serve the communities within their markets, and beyond.
We believe that borders and languages shouldn’t be barriers to finding a home, or to doing business. So we build our products to be as accessible as possible to all users, regardless of their location, the language they speak, or their accessibility requirements.
Every new feature, product or design passes our Quality Assurance process. We are power users who test every Immobel product in every possible way to find flaws that need fixing, and to recommend ways to make user experience better.
In the Business Analyst team, our goal is to take great ideas for new features, document them, and plan how to build them. We work with every team, coordinating across all the departments to bring a new idea to life.
Clients never see our work directly, but we keep the show on the road! In Devops, we spend our time planning, building, testing and maintaining the infrastructure on which every Immobel product and service is built. Our goal is to make the platform stable and available at all times, even while our colleagues constantly add new features.
Our job is to design the look and feel of every Immobel product and application, and every Immobel-powered website. Everything you see and touch while you’re using an Immobel platform has been through our design team. Our goal is to make every function visually appealing, and simple to use.
In the frontend team, we turn the Design team’s work into reality, hooking it up to all the cool features built by the Backend team. Our goal at all times is to create the best possible User Experience for our users, and for the people who visit the websites that are powered by products like Xomio.
Our team of translators covering 20 languages, work hard to not just translate but localise everything they touch. Our team doesn’t think any language should be an after thought, they make sure to use the best words possible not just for direct tranlsaiton but for context.
We are the Backend team! Our job is to build all the technology, systems and microservices under the hood in every single Immobel product. We are a team of software developers spread across the globe, and we are passionate about making highly functional tools that deliver great value to our users.
We handle everything customer-facing, from onboarding new MLS data, to helping users get the most out of their Xomio website or Referral Network with training, support and documentation.
