Your Immobel powered multi language listings public property search site is reached by visitors clicking on a flag or other custom designed buttons on the main page of your public web site that will take visitors to the Immobel powered portion of your public web site. Clients can search all your listings in their choice of 13 languages.

If you do not have a public web site with property search pages, Immobel can provide you with such a web site.

Each listing will be available there in each and every language, and will contain a direct link to the agent or broker's home page, plus the listings details, photographs, and full contact info to the listing Realtor according to your local rules and preferences.
Immobel supports all types of virtual tours that can be linked to via URL, at no charge.

Immobel Services:

We do all data management, translation, and daily uploads. Your organization simply provides a data link or other agreed method for data transfer capable of daily incremental updates and digital maps for use in displaying the listings' locations. You do not need to change vendors or make any changes to your MLS data systems.


Description of packages options:

• Option A:
  You get multi language services for you public web site search page, so that each and every one of your MLS listings is available for clients to search and view in their choice of all 13 languages.
  PLUS You can also get 13 language IDX web sites for all your members, showing all your listings in IDX format, on your participating members own personal web sites (or small offices, not large corporate web sites, who may purchase an upgraded package from Immobel directly). These personal web sites can be re-sold to your members, or provided as a benefit of membership.



• Option B:
  You get multi language services for your public web site search pages only. Your members have the option of buying IDX web sites at full retail.



• With either package above:
  Your listings will be displayed at no charge on the www.immobel.com Global Real Estate Portal, which attracts visitors to view US real estate in other languages, and can be a valuable feed of new business back to your members. All contact information on listings on immobel.com is always direct to the listing Realtor. There are no "referral fees" or any other charges.

Listings can be searched by standard criteria such as: property type (single family, multi family, condo, land, etc) by price, by size, bedrooms / bathrooms and of course, location.

Standard Features:

• Every page will be branded - your company logo and contact information will appear on every search page.
• Your Office Listings - your own company listings will be shown in a separate tab "Our Office Listings" as well as in the general IDX data pool. This allows you to give an extra emphasis to your in house listings, while still providing access to the larger IDX search.
• E-mail alerts - registered clients can save search criteria, easly edit it, and receive daily updates of new properties that match their criteria in the language if their choice.
  From e-mail message the client can continue to search for listings on your web site.
• Email listing to a Friend - e-mail full color listing brochure to your clients framed in your web site with the detailed information to your company.

Optional Features:

• Multi-Lingual Agent Search - clients can search for agents in your office who speak their language.
• E-marketing package - includes practical tools like: Registerd Client Management Console, Web Site Statistics and more...
• IDX web sites for Agents - you may choose to have multi-lingual Agent web sites in the same colors, design and branding as your corporate IDX search for all agents from your office. Agent web sites can be linked to your main corporate web site.

In areas where we do not already translate your MLS data, we can still provide this service if you are able to arrange a daily FTP feed of your IDX data. In this case, pricing will be higher since we have to set up the translation and pull the data for you.
